As of 2011, Karin has been serving as CEO & President of IATI (Israel Advanced Technology Industries). IATI is Israel’s umbrella organization of the high-tech, life science and other advanced technology industries, with hundreds of paying members from every level and aspect of the innovation ecosystem.
Since 2008 Karin served at HFN Law Office, Israel’s largest law firm, as the Managing Director of the BizDev & Marketing Division. Prior to this, for 9 years she served as Partner, Startup Division Manager & BizDev Managing Director at Efrati Galili & Co.
Karin is a member of steering committees and a keynote speaker of many leading global events and conferences around the world and in the United Nations.
She is a member of board of Governance of Tel Aviv University, Member of the Advising Forum of the Faculty of Engineering, TAU; Director at Israel-America Chamber of Commerce, Council Member of The Tel Aviv Foundation; Co-Founder of Israel 2048 Council; Member of the 5×2 Initiative Steering Committee and more.
Karin was nominated twice for the Forbes Top 100 Influential Young Business Persons, and TheMarker’s Top 40 Leading Young Business Persons.
Karin regularly sits as a jury member in leading tech competitions and awards worldwide. She has lectured on entrepreneurship at the MBA Program at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University and at the LLB Program at IDC.
During her early years, Karin was involved in many academic, community, and sports activities.
