*מתמחים בקרדיולוגיה מתבקשים להציג תעודה מתאימה או מכתב חתום ע”י מנהל המחלקה בצירוף טופס הרישום ** סטודנטים מתבקשים לשלוח צילום תעודת סטודנט יחד עם טופס הרישום
דמי הרישום כוללים: כניסה חופשית להרצאות המדעיות, חומר כנס מודפס, ארוחות צהרים, הפסקות קפה וקבלת פנים (בתאריך 5/12/2021). אישור הרשמה יישלח בדוא”ל לאחר התשלום. לא יישלח אישור למי שלא ימלא כתובת דוא”ל.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If due to COVID-19 the conference will be cancelled or quarantine restrictions apply, a full refund will be made. If the conference will be postponed or changed to a virtual conference, a full or partial refund will be made.
In case the conference will be held under the requirements of the Israeli Health Ministry, the cancellation policy will be as follows:
Within 14 days from the date of registration, provided that the registration was not made during the 7 days prior to the date of the conference – full refund.
From the 15th day from the date of registration until one week before the date of the conference – full refund, minus 300 NIS handling fee;
During the week before the conference – no refund will be given.
