Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Conference Secretariat by email at ici@ortra.com as follows:
- Cancellation received until November 18, 2021 – Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
- Cancellation received between November 19, 2021 – November 25, 2021 – 50% Refund
- Cancellation received from November 26, 2021, and no-show – no refund on reservation.
*If the conference will be cancelled or changed to virtual format due to COVID restrictions in Israel, a full refund will be made.
