Noam has been with Aetna International since 2012 and serves as Sales Vice President and Head of Passport to Healthcare, a health services product providing health administrative and medical cost containment services to international healthcare payers. Prior to joining Aetna, Noam held various leadership positions in network and business development at United Healthcare and at AIG.
Noam holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University. He completed an industry revered US Provider Network Negotiation Certification program at United Healthcare, participated in other various management training programs at AIG and CVS Health / Aetna and lends his expertise to advisory boards in the international payer services and digital health arena
