Laureate of Toulouse Medicine University, Dr Dumonteil obtained his post-graduate diploma of cardiovascular pathology in 2006. After completing a 5-years fellowship, he became Head Resident at Paul Sabatier University / Toulouse University Hospital for 3 years, then senior Interventional Cardiologist in Toulouse University Hospital for 7 years.
In 2016, he joined as Co-director the Interventional CardioVascular Group in Clinique Pasteur, Toulouse, one of the leading center in France. He is leading its Structural Heart Disease program together with DR Tchetche.
He has a wide experience of TAVI as well as mitral and tricuspid procedures using multiple devices.
His main areas of interest are valvular heart disease with still interest and practice of coronary interventions. He has also been actively involved as coPI and PI in several clinical trials with new technologies and devices.
Additionally, he has been involved as author or co-authored in more than 100 articles published in peer-reviewed journals such as EuroIntervention, JACC Cardiovascular Interventions, etc and referenced in PubMed.
He is a board member of EuroPCR, program committee member of EuroPCR, Gulf PCR and PCR
London Valves and involved in many companies proctoring program.
