Sameer Gafoor is an interventional cardiologist with dual appointment at the Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA and the CardioVascular Center Frankfurt in Frankfurt Germany.
After finishing his interventional cardiology training in the United States, he went on to perform an advanced fellowship at the CVC in Germany, where he continued on as faculty.
He specializes in new devices and innovation in cardiovascular disease, with a special focus on structural heart, peripheral vascular, resistant hypertension, and heart failure interventions. He is co-director of the CSI Conference, as well as the CSI Focus conferences on LAA, Devices in Heart Failure, and Innovation.
