With extensive expertise in applied physics and neuroscience and a fascination for the biological sciences, Itai saw the potential of AI to shatter the limitations of cell morphology analysis in healthcare. His medical technology innovations include sensor needles and guided endotracheal intubation devices patented by GuideIn Medical, a company he co-founded. Itai founded Scopio Labs in 2015 and leads the company’s vision, strategy, roadmap and global team of R&D, AI, product and commercialization specialists.
