CVS Vice President of Health Strategy and Innovation
Dan is a Board-certified physician and empathy-driven business strategist, passionate about advancing health through innovation and collaboration.
Dan has been at CVS Health and Aetna since 2016, most recently serving as Vice President of Clinical Product and prior to that as Vice President of Health Strategy and Innovation.
Key areas of focus within his portfolio included chronic conditions, oncology, maternity as well as advancing the role of the Pharmacist.
In addition to his role at CVS Health, Dan serves as Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Saini Medical Center in NYC where he continues to see patients.
Dan was recently appointed as Chief Clinical Innovation Officer of CVS Caremark where he will help CVS Health even further strengthen our relationships with clients and generate real-time insights.
Dan received his BA from Dartmouth College and his MD/MBA from Cornell University. He is a Fulbright scholar who studied healthcare disparities amongst the Bedouin population in the Negev at Ben Gurion University.
